for movies, i'd suggest The Grudge 또는 The Ring... that is if 당신 want a movie without a happy ending. Try IT 또는 Rose Red if 당신 want one of those. They are a bit longer though.

As for games, try Dead Space, it's a pretty damn good scary game.
