HELP! I CAN'T REPLY TO 포럼 POSTS!

I've been able to reply for 3 years and now its not working. :/ The post button doesn't show up and when I press enter it deletes what ive written and takes me to the 상단, 맨 위로 of the page. Same with the comments. Anybody got a way to help?
