What are some good drawing programs?

my trial for Paint tool SAI just expired and my mom won't but me the software license because its bloody expensive. So do any of 당신 know some good, preferably free and tablet compatible drawing programs

DeviantArt also have a drawing program on their site. Its not the most powerful thing ever, but it does do some things pretty well. Its free, but 당신 can buy 더 많이 tools.
