Are there any other really good sites besides 팬팝 to have fun on and make friends?

Because I need to find another different site besides this one, because there are certain people on here that I do not want to interact with and it does not let 당신 block them from fanning 또는 inboxing you. So I feel totally uncomfortable here. I mean this site is totally awesome and I 사랑 everything about it. Its just that if I can't block some certain people then I guess I won't be able to stick around much any longer. This is the only thing that this site fails at. They need a block button. I already know how to 신고 someone. So please don't tell me how to do that and this issue has nothing to do with me reporting anyone to began with. So I just feel like I really do not belong here and I just don't know what to do. Plus what if there is some really bad person nagging 당신 on here 또는 some big pervert on here and I can't block them? I mean 팬팝 is an awesome site, because it has everything I like on it from 아니메 to 기독교 type things and there's always a lot of people to chat with on Fanpop. There is just some certain ones I don't care for, but there's not an option to block them off your page 또는 팬 list. Therefore I really need to find another good site just like this if anyone has any good recommendations. I already get on 페이스북 a lot and use it for my 아니메 stuff and things, but many of the people there aren't always that nice to me 또는 end up turning on me. I'm trying to find good friendships and things, but its very rare that 당신 find good, loyal people there like myself. Though I still use 페이스북 in hope that if there's someone good like me on there then their will just one 일 have to be some 더 많이 people on there as good as me. I also already have Twitter, Tumblr etc etc...I even 가입하기 forums, but I'm never able to interact well with people about my interests there 또는 ever make any good friends. 포럼 sites just really aren't my thing.
