This is a fun Q to answer AnimeFan66! 할로윈 gives us a chance to do something that is NOT the norm. We go 일 의해 일 doing basically the same thing. 할로윈 is a DIFFERENT day!~YAY~ We can dress up anyway we want, go outside at night, get free candy, encounter strange sights and sounds, scare people, be scared!
