I decided to put my drawing on here, what do 당신 think about mine?

Sorry it's so dark, I took it with my phone. I'll 업로드 it better whenever I feel like it.
I thought of drawing this because of Lily I 사랑 her art.
I'm not sure if of 당신 have heard of her she's 더 많이 famous with 나루토 fans. I post her pictures a lot.
I wanted to draw Madara with his tongue out but I changed it. :P
Tell me if it sucks I need to know.

Well I haven't finished it yet and 당신 really can't tell what's shaded and whats not, now about the hand I redrew that hand 더 많이 than like 7 times, then I gave up. I suck at drawing hands and feet, but thanks. c:
