I need help.......

I was on the Taylor 빠른, 스위프트 fanclub here recently & participated in a contest there. But some other 팬 didn't only post 1 pic they 게시됨 2,3,4 even 더 많이 pictures in 링그 & I want to know how I can add 링그 like they did. If 당신 can help me out I'd really appriciate it. Thanks:)
