Your- I want your heart.

your, as in, "your cat" , "your book" you're, as in, "you're here."

Your = Your
For ex. - Is that your pic?
You're = 당신 are
For ex. - You're welcome.

Okay. i'll give 당신 examples.
First example: You're going to have to return that.
초 example: That's your book,not mine.

You're is 당신 are only shorte while Your is'nt short for anything:D:D:D:D::D

"your" is possessive - as in your room, your things, etc.
"you're" is a contraction for "you are" - you're having fun, you're welcome, etc.

Well, *puts on smarty pants glasses* Your refers to One person, like "Can I borrow your book?" And You're refers to 더 많이 than one person, like " You're all being so stupid." At least, Thats what I think they mean.
