I've been to a hospital once in my life. I had to go into surgery to have my wrist popped into place. Soon after that, I became a trypanophobic. But that's aside the point.

The people at the hospitals will help 당신 get better. Without them, 당신 could be in serious trouble. Don't worry about it, take deep breaths, perhaps even take something along with 당신 that might calm 당신 down. It can be anything.

I've never had to go to the hospital either. I'm sorry.. That really sucks...

I've only ever had to go to the hospital once because of a seizure...It wasn't that bad.

The only thing I don't like is when they make me get naked. Especially as a kid. That's horrifying! ...Unless you're in soo much pain that 당신 just don't give a damn. Been there, done that. Way too sooner than I would've liked. Dx

Don't worry you'll be fine when 당신 go to the hospital go to your happy place for example my happy place is pie,strawberries,soda,pizza,teen titan comic books,mc donalds you'll be fine trust me ;D

Just take a deep breath everything will be okay. Going to the Hospital will make 당신 feel better. I recomend bringing something to do why 당신 are waiting. 당신 could be there for hours.

I have 2 shots when I was nine.
I actually just imagine its an ant. I actually failed imagining it but I never felt I was shot because of too much thinking of that ant XD. Try it that might work for you
