Because many people (like myself) are spelling and grammar nazis. Its important to be able to spell properly, because (as others have said) if 당신 don't then we have no idea what 당신 are talking about. Plus, language is one those things that 당신 can't just ignore... everyone has to at least be able to spell, otherwise 당신 may as well be considered 'illiterate'.
Spelling and grammar are just different components of communication, just like graphemes, phonemes and using phonics (sounding out words);. Basically, reading, writing, spelling, grammar and the others I listed all make up proficiency at English.
Because some of them want everything 당신 type to be correct. So it doesn't appear like gibberish to them I can read some of what 당신 said even though the spelling is horribly off.
It took me a while to understand any of what 당신 actually said due to the poor standard of spelling, the reason we say something when people talk like that is because we can't actually understand what your saying, we're not trying to be mean.

Your poor spelling made that last sentence look both unintelligent and unreadable. Because spelling matters to many people on websites such as this one, and it makes 당신 look like an idiot 의해 spelling so many words wrong it takes forever for us to understand it, plus your grammar is horrible.
