The angle looks a bit confusing, partially because the head and the ears aren't harmonizing very well. The ears are at a tilt to the side and are drawn at a front view, like we are looking directly at them. On their own, they're pretty good. Then 당신 get to looking at the head, which isn't tilted and is at 더 많이 of an angle rather than being in a front-view. Also, the nose and mouth are slightly off center both with one another and with the general facial structure. The eye is good, but I think it could use 더 많이 of a detailed shape. Also, 당신 can try adding a line above it to suggest the shape of an eyelid. The hair could use 더 많이 detail, too. And try shading with a light 출처 and using values that relate to that rather than just laying shades down.
I suggest that 당신 focus on using guidelines in your work. They take a bit 더 많이 time to use than just sketching something out where it looks like it goes, but the outcome is worth the time. Also, as I always say, reference is always a great help when you're drawing, for both light 출처 and for form. Really take the time to study 사진 and even people in your everyday life to see how features of faces work together in proportion to one another and how light affects those features. Take every last detail 당신 see in to consideration. Detail is important, even for the simplistic styles of 아니메 and cartoons.
I'm also going to suggest that 당신 use resources and take tips and tricks of professional artists in to consideration. 유튜브 and DeviantART are always good for free sources, and 당신 can always go to the bookstore 또는 도서관, 라이브러리 for 책 filled with tips and tricks. But no matter what 당신 do, don't stop practicing. It may take a while to get to where 당신 want to be- Hell, I've been learning to draw for 3 또는 4 years and I'm still not as good as I would like to be- but it's rewarding in the end to see how much 당신 improve through practice. It's a long road, but a satisfying one, so don't get discouraged if what 당신 do isn't perfect. Just keep it up and you'll be improving in no time.
