That's what I do. I have depression problems sometimes but when I'm with people I 사랑 and they 사랑 me and support me, it really helps. I also tell myself it's okay. It helps.

If you've been feeling this bad for a month, is it possible to see a doctor to get a firm diagnosis? In the meantime, 당신 can check out Web MD and 십자가, 크로스 reference your symptoms to the ones listed. That won't help 당신 to feel better, but you'll be 더 많이 informed when 당신 see a doctor.

Take it one step at a time. And if things don't get better, 당신 should talk to someone. If 당신 don't think 당신 can talk to your family/friends, talk to a therapist. It helps.

And whatever 당신 do, don't use 음식 또는 alcohol as a way to cope with your depression. Take it from someone who's been there, it doesn't help at all. It just makes things worse.
