Anger isn't really a way to allow stress out of the body. Anger really is a toxic thing in an atmosphere and in general can cause people around 당신 to perhaps feel uncomfortable. If it works for 당신 to do that, fine. I'm just saying how it could be negative. At least get some rest and make some sort of hope that Papa will get your account back to 당신 and everything will go back to the way it was.
