Hmm i never had that problem i generally just come out with it LOL - i suppose if 당신 act like it's not a big deal then they might not make out that it is either - because if they know you're embarrassed, that's when people make jokes to make it worse :)

In my situation I can always openly ask my mom about the pads & stuff. Just come to her & tell her about it. I know it's difficult bt at least try
