If a boy taps your shoulder is he flirting with you?

So I was sitting at my 책상, 데스크 with my friend.Then theres this kid named,Tyler(his height is meduim and he's blond hair) he was pretending to throw a girl's binder on the floor.Amber catches her binder before it touched the ground.Then he walks to where I'm.I thought he was going to THROW MY binder on the ground.So I try to protect my binder.But instead of throwing my binder on the ground.Tyler TAPS on my right shoulder.Then he walks away!I was like WTF DUDE!?.
My 프렌즈 saw this too! They thought he was flirting with me!
Oh and this boy ALWAYS tries to make eye contact with me! He sat 다음 to me TWICE! Make it 3 times.But then he kept on staring at me.So I was like"It's ok.I'll just leave" So then I sat 다음 to my friend instead.
So do U guys think he was flirting with me?

The best thing 당신 could do is say 'what 당신 like me 또는 something' in a jokey way and see if his eyes dart away from you/he blushes/licks his liops/clears his throat 또는 moves uncomfortably in his seat. All those signs are he likes 당신 in some way.
If he doesn't do any of those signs, then no, he doesn't like 당신 he just wants your attention.

Don't take what i say to 심장 however, every boy is different, but those are the classic signs.
