Help!

so I want to get my hair cut but im not sure how. maybe layers at the front? 또는 jennifer anniston? as 당신 can see my hair has a strange wave too it (do not mistake the ponytail crease for the wavy part). It is very thick and I don't want it any shorter. What do 당신 think?
