EDIT: I wasn't trying to be rude. I was just a little bit shocked 의해 your question. If 당신 truly 사랑 him/her I guess 당신 should just say "I 사랑 you". I can't really tell 당신 how to live your life. So I guess if 당신 do follow through with this hopefully he/she doesn't think you're a freak and gives 당신 your 사랑 back. Good Luck in your decision.
Some people will say don't because they believe incest is wrong. I believe it is too, but I won't tell 당신 that it's gross 또는 anything even if it is to me. I'm not sure how 당신 would be able to express your 사랑 to your cousin 또는 how they would react if 당신 did.
if 당신 are actually serious about him and interested in a relationship, i would tell him straight out. yes, incest is considered gross 의해 many people, but if 당신 are actually in 사랑 with him, its better if he knows. however if this is just some little crush, i wouldnt bother making a big deal out of it.
