How do 당신 업로드 a GIF to Fanpop?

I got the Gif in my folder, and its working, but my computer wont let me 업로드 it through Images. Do I do through photos? Can I just not do?

Thats what I tried. But when I clicked 'browse', it didn't show up in my folder.
