Sorta, although I'm not exactly sure what 당신 mean 의해 "betray." I know what it means, but...anyway, my one friend never speaks to me anymore. We were BFF's but then she went to a private middle school-after that, we never talked to each other. Would that be considered betraying? If so, that's the only way I can say someone would.
