Are there any fictional characters that are evil 또는 at least not upstanding citizens whom 당신 pity?

Mine is...well 당신 can probably figure it out if I just say he's my 가장 좋아하는 actor's character in The Sopranos.

Reason being that Tony who is his only father figure treats him so badly and is probably the only reason he's an adulterous drug addicted alcoholic murderer.

I pity all bad guys, I always support them, and if they loose (and they usually loose...) I'll always feel sorry for them...

Some of them are the 아카츠키 from Naruto...

Chrome Skull from Laid To Rest. He got his face melted off.
And BB. He killed people that were going to die on that same 일 and time anyways, and then he set himself on fire, and lived.

Bellatrix!

I don't pitty her so much as I look up to her. I know that's kinda strange, but I really do. We have a lot in common, we are both rebels & fight to the core with an enemy. We are both strong girls & would do anything for that one person.

The times I pitty her are when voldemort treats her like shit

A few of the unsubs from Criminal Minds. Not all of them are that bad like Jonny from the episode "True Night" 또는 Owen from the episode "Elephant's Memory".
