How do 이모 girls get there hairstyle?

I don't do mine like those supposed "emo" idiots do theirs, mine is completely natural and emo.

Have it cut short to make it thicker, with LOADS of flicks, layers and bangs
straighten it
tease it and use volumising products.
The long straight parts are extensions. Extensions are key.
Scene hair is high maintenance.
