When you're sad 또는 upset you....?

I litterally just blast my 음악 to forget about it for awhile. If that doesn't work, I hang out with 프렌즈 또는 ppl that make me laugh to cheer me up.
So basically (as simple as I'm going to put it) 당신 should hang out with other ppl 당신 care about 또는 do something 당신 사랑 and clear your head a lil bit until it's time to forgive 또는 confront the person you're upset/mad at.

The song depends how upset I am.

I listen to Oingo Boingo 또는 Danny Elfman's film scores. Pretty much the only thing that makes me feel better.

If the feelings are very strong, I write a story about it, but greatly exaggerated so my situation seems less severe.

if it's not too bad, i'll listen to a playlist i compiled of very special songs at max volume with my eyes closed. here are a few songs, but they might not work for 당신 as they to do me.
