i need your help this is urgent!

ok so my dog is old about like 5 또는 6 또는 7 and she has been limping recently. its her front left leg. i was feeling and on the right 당신 can feel the muscles but halfway down on the left 당신 feel a lump. im really scared what is this? we are going to a vet 다음 Friday cuz we dont have money now and im afraid it might be serious. what if she has to be put down... i cant 곰 with it i 사랑 her so much!
