What do 당신 mean 의해 "items"? If 당신 mean like 기사 and stuff like that then at the beginning of the 기사 there is a cute little button that says "fan of it"? and then 당신 click it and POOF your a 팬 of that particular article.

like at the 상단, 맨 위로 of your 프로필 page, 다음 to the props, there's a little trophy type thing that says *insert user name* is a 팬 of *insert number* of items.
There is a resonably large, green button, usually at the 상단, 맨 위로 right of the item, that has the word "Fan" on it, just click that and BAM. You're a fan.
