okay soo im new to this 이메일 thing and i was wondering if i registered in an 이메일 site thing does the people that has my 초 names i have does the site send an invitation of my adress to them?

on gmail it does persons that have ur same 초 name does the site send an 이메일 of me do that persons that have my 초 name
