yes there is.if they can't hear,they'll never hear the way it sounds.therefore,they won't be able to speak it.they could right it...

They think similar to us...just without sounds and stuff. Most of my thoughts consists in images, so I'm guessing they think in 이미지 (that should include sign language). They could probably think of texture too. Its not really hard to think about texture 또는 smells, and stuff.
