Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds ground chicken breast
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons grill seasoning (recommended: Montreal Seasoning 의해 McCormick), half a palm full
2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves, a handful
4 sheets phyllo dough
4 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions

Preheat 오븐 to 425 degrees F.

Place chicken in a bowl and mix with spices and parsley. Place a piece of phyllo on a nonstick cookie sheet, 버터 it and 상단, 맨 위로 with a 초 sheet. Divide the chicken in half. 1 small onion, chopped
1 pound macaroni elbows 또는 cavatappi corkscrew shaped 파스타 twists
2 1/2 cups raw 브로콜리 florets, available packaged in produce department
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
3 cups whole milk
1 cup chicken stock
3 cups yellow sharp Cheddar
1 tablespoon prepared Dijon mustard
