Anxiety 또는 OCD 또는 just my senselessness?
I've been worrying for every 분 of everyday lately and I get nervous and panicky. I've always felt the need to rub/touch certain things 또는 perform other rituals until it feels just right. If I don't follow through I'm worried something bad is going to happen. I get a lot of weird, racing thoughts that are extremely hard to get out of my mind... What's wrong with me?
