SEGA released a downloadable software for the PlayStation 3 which enables the payers to play the PSP game through a PS3 console. It can be downloaded via Play Station Store and was released on July 24, 2010. The software is called "Dreamy Theater". In Dreamy Theater mode, gameplay is not changed nor modified but the graphics displayed 의해 the PS3 console on the 텔레비전 are greatly enhanced into HDTV; the graphics are on par with a PS3 game. For the connectivity to work, the player must have a PSP (with the game in it) connected via USB to a PS3 with the software installed. However, support for the upcoming sequel is still to be confirmed.

Recently SEGA has announced of a add-on known as "Hatsune Miku Append Module" for the PSP game "Hatsune Miku -Project DIVA- 2nd", which was made available on PSN (Playstation Network) 일본 Store.
This module has been released on August 31st to coincide with Miku's 3rdbirthday since her software release and 당신 can go to the Japanese PSN store website to get it. The DLC will cost 300 yen ($3.00) with tax included. 당신 can click here link to get a 1,000 yen ($10.00) PSN card.

For those new to the Miku universe – Dreamy Theater 2nd is a PS3 application that connects to the PSP to allow Project Diva 2nd to be played in HD and on the bigger screen.
