"That little-!" I started to say, but Katsou told me to calm down so I don't go crazy. "Fine." I grumbled. When we reached school, everyone in homeroom went right up to us, asking if we were dating. "No, we aren't. Why would 당신 think that?" They all pointed at Himeko, saying that she told them we were. If I weren't surrounded 의해 everyone, I would've pounded her without moments notice.
Natsuki then said, "Come on Kaoru! Let the dude speak! We must hear both sides." Everyone started cheering for him to say something. He seemed to get stressed out because he turned and ran from the group. Then I sensed him in my head.
'Kaoru, I don't know why, but I couldn't take it. So many people yelling for me to say something. This is so humiliating!'
'That is what it is like in middle school. And if there is anyone to blame, it's Himeko. Just come back and tell them. Besides, I am right 다음 to you. Nothing is gonna happen.' I turned my attention to the class. "I guess 당신 put too much pressure on him. He'll be back soon, I think." Then Miss Keane was coming near the room. Everyone hurried to their seats and Katsou came into the room and went to his seat.
"Ok, class. Do 당신 know what this Friday is?" Miss Keane asked. People guessed that it was hump day. "No, Hump 일 isn't on Friday. This Friday is the school dance, and everybody has to come. It is required; unless you're sick. This week, we are all going to 디자인 our clothes and decorate the cafeteria and gym. But first, here are the rules: 1) Everybody must come and with somebody else. 2) 당신 must follow the dress code, unless wearing a sleeveless dress. 3) No picking on each other. 4)A girl must be brought 의해 a boy. 5) Have fun and dance! Those are the rules, so let's get started!" Everybody got out of their seats and went to me and Katsou.
"You two should totally go together! It would be so cute! 당신 two are perfect for each other!" Mandy said. Everybody else murmured id agreement. "I mean it!"
Everyone kept on nagging us until we couldn't take it. "Fine! We will!" we said at the same time. Everyone cheered.
"But as friends." I said. Everyone then went around to look for who they wanted to go with. 'Thank goodness that is over, I couldn't take them anymore!' Katsou nodded in agreement after I mentally said that. For the rest of the day, we just sat in our seats. Thank goodness that Miyako, Momoko, Minoru, and Makoto weren't here!
