Introduction:
Hey, guys. I want to start this new series, Pokemon Platinum Legends. I didn't look over 또는 편집 this first chapter because I was too excited! This is basically a greatly modified story of Pokemon Platinum, with new events and some new characters and personalities. Some parts will be based off of my own experiences while playing my first Pokemon Game. I feel like the beginning of the chapter is kind of choppy, sorry about that. I hope 당신 enjoy it! (I hope people actually read it)



Pokemon Platinum Legends Ch. 1: A Journey Lies Ahead!

Hello! I'm Nate, from the Sinnoh region. I moved here a few years 이전 from Johto. My mother had
decided that it wasn't safe, since an evil organization (What was it again? Team Spaceship?) had
been terrorizing the region. I heard that they were recently disbanded, though. Some kid beat their
leader, who then issued the disbanding. I'm not sure why, though. Anyway, I live here in my nice but
small 집 with my mother and my best friend, Eevee. How could we not be 프렌즈 after what we've
been through?

Lately, our family has been very low on money. I have a solution, though. It took a very long time
to convince my mother. I would head off on a journey, battle many trainers, and even take on the
League! I would do so with none other than my lovable friend, Eevee!

I had no idea what I was getting myself into.

I set off on Route 201 with the blades of 에메랄드 green 잔디 brushing against my feet. I waved to
my mother.

"Bye, Mom!"
"Make sure to wear clean underwear everyday!"

I stared blankly into the trees across from me.I couldn't believe I was actually doing this. It
seemed so... Unreal. I always dreamed of this day, but I never knew it would actually
come true.

"Eee!" Eevee was tugging at my leg. I figured that meant it wanted to go on. I decided to start by
taking a left, the way to Lake Verity. I heard that legend states that a legendary pokemon
lives there, so maybe it would give us some luck.

When we got there, there was something odd. There was a boy pacing bacl and forth. Except he was
sort of running. He had messy blond hair. His 셔츠 was 주황색, 오렌지 and white striped.

"Come on, come on!" he said with disastisfaction.

"Oh, hey!" He said when he noticed me. He ran over to me as fast as a rapidash on energy drinks.
He overshot a bit. He knocked me flying a few feet with a loud THUMP! Weirdo...


"Oh... Sorry! I have a tendency to do that, my bad!" He talked as quick as an auctioneer. Maybe
faster.

"Don't... Worry... About it..." I replied, rubbing my back in pain. "So... What brings 당신 here?"

"I came to catch a legendary! You!?"
"I came for good luck... So the legend is true?"
"I think so! Say, are 당신 challenging the Sinnoh League?"

"Sure. Why?" I really wanted to get away from him as soon as possible. He was starting to become
very annoying.

"Suh-weet! Let's have a battle! 당신 and me! Right here, right now!"

Great. He wants me to stay longer. Too bad I'm a kind person. I sighed.

"Sure, make it quick, though."
"Oh yeah! Let's do this! Bring it on! Get ready for-"
"Okay, just shut up and begin the fight!"
"Uh-uh-right! Go Chimchar!"

He hurled his pokeball with all his power. Of course it hit me in the face. I fell harshly on my
back once more. As if it didn't hurt enough already.

"Eee!"
"S-Sorry! Chimchar, return."
"It's.. Gah... Okay... Let's just... Begin..."

His face made it seem like he was contemplating on how to react.

"No."
"Huh?"
"No. We gotta get 당신 some help."
"I-It's fine."
"No, don't worry about it! I know exactly where to take you. However, it's a bit of a walk. AI was
going there anyway, seriously!"
"Okay, fine."
"I'm Mason, 의해 the way."
"Nate."

Eevee hopped on my shoulder. Mason helped me walk. My head ached like crazy. That boy really has a
throw. All of a sudden, Some 랜덤 girl walked over to us immediatly on sight.

"Battle me! Are 당신 afraid?"

"I got this," Mason said boldly. "You need to rest. Take a seat!"

"No," I said.

"But-"
"It's my battle. I need preparation for the League."
"I do too!"
"You owe me this."
"Oh-right. Okay, 당신 win!"

"Turtwig, go!" the girl yelled. She through a pokeball, which opened up, creating some light. The
light died down to reveal the little green turtle-like pokemon known as Turtwig.

"Eevee, let's do this!" I launched my arm forward, my hand forming a pointing gesture. I
accidentally escaped Mason's arm, and I began to slip. Luckily, he grabbed me just in time.

"Watch out!"
"Y-yeah. sorry."
"Turtwig, Tackle."
"Eevee, dodge it!"

Oh, no. I forgot. I forgot that Eevee wasn't used to fighting! Eevee stumbled a bit, then got hit
의해 the turtwig. Eevee got knocked back about a meter and rolled.

"Eee!"
"Tsk, does Eevee even know how to fight?"
"Eevee, scratch!

Eevee stumbled 앞으로 and scratched at the air 다음 to Turtwig. Turtwig used tackle once more, this
time making Eevee faint.

"Ha! What kind of battle was that?!" the girl laughed. I clenched my teeth.

"I'll beat you... 다음 time..."
"In your dreams! Well, I'll be seein' ya!"

I leaned forward, ready to dash.

"Let it go, 당신 aren't ready to run like that," said Mason

I was furious for a moment. How could 당신 be so rude to Eevee!? Do 당신 know what we've been through?
Then I calmed down. Mason was right.

"Okay, fine." I took out Eevee's pokeball. It hadn't been used in ages.

"Eevee, return. 당신 did good."

"Don't worry," said Mason. "Where we're going, we can heal Eevee up."

"Where ARE we going?"
"Sandgem town."
