I'm new to the whole Pokemon Mystery Dingeon thing and I was woundering does your Pokemon evolve in the game?

Yes however ever it is at "the end" of the game but, first 당신 have to get Manaphy and do 5-10 Pokemon days worth of jobs to unlock marine resort, then 당신 can evolve at Luminous spring.
(The reason why the end is in ()s is because the game never ends)

in red receuse team, to evolve 당신 need to beat main story then when 당신 go to dungeon ur partner will make a new rule and anser yes then 당신 beat dungeoin yoiur partner will go to that friend area then go to pond go down stairs ,give an item and ta da 당신 have evolveed 당신 also get to stwitch pokemion when 당신 need to so 당신 can evolve 당신 partner.
