Effects for Adobe Photoshop Elements 8.0???

Hi everyone... Ive got Adobe Photoshope Elements 8 but Im a total beginner... so I was wondering if someone can give me some tips... mostly Im working with portraits... I'd like to know some effects like andy warhol 또는 put some pictures in a row...things like that...so Im thankful for any help^^
