As a huge Leyton fan I would choose..."Lucas and Peyton's love" but I don't think it necessarily "completed" the show. I would say couples as a whole or the Scott Brothers. Because without them...there would not be anything that connects the past and present major and minor characters....just think about it....<cause it all goes back to the Scott brothers.>

Definitely the friendships, in my opinion. I think it's the relationships, bonding, and common interraction between all of the characters that make OTH what it is.

What's the point to a show with isolated, super-duper cheesy couples when I don't see the characters interact? I agree that the most epic and memorable scenes come from couples but friendship scenes are so much more adorable and entertaining and they are what makes a show worth watching! They show what a show is really about...

Since not everyone is a Leyton fan I didn't chose "Lucas and Peyton's love". For me two important elements wich kept me watching the show are:
1. The Couples (Leyton & Naley)
2. Friendships (Breyton, Laley, Paley & Pathan)
Without these, I would have stopped watched OTH & I did at the end of S6.
