	leyton_love picked i will 코멘트: The best thing to get if you're willing to spend money is Photoshop, but that's pretty damn expensive. If you don't wanna buy it there are some cheaper programs out there and also some free ones online that are basic... for EG photobucket has the beginner editing tools, so you can make very basic icons. But photoshop is really worth it, and you can work out how to use it from tutorials & stuff... just type tutorial into livejournal.com, it'll come up with heaps. posted over a year ago. last edited over a year ago
