Now that these two are out of the way it's gonna get challenging. For me it was a close call between Cora, Alphonse, Ana's mother and Jiminy's Parents. What it came to is, although the others disowned their children they didn't actually kill anyone they loved. I love Cora but she was a terrible mother weather she loved Regina or not. Jiminy's Parents would be next because god were they awful!

She told her daughter basically that she was a loser and that the only way she'd be welcome back in her house would be for her to become her servant. At least the others called about their children somewhat. Cora was horrible but at least she loved Regina, Ana's mother doesn't seem like she even likes her daughter.

They wre horrible but this is getting SO hard...

I think Alphonse was horrible, he was like a male version of Ana's mother.

I was going with a thought process similar to that of minervadawn, but George won for me. Not only was he horrible to his son, he went after his son's unborn children!

Exactly, they're worse parents than him but we don't know what kind of parents he was to James.

She will always be the worst for me!

Still Milah... Far worse than George. Eventually he loved his son James in his freaky way - like Cora loved Regina.

ikr, Elf-11. imo Milah was more of a coward than Rumpel. She left the family she started to go gallivanting with a pirate and didn't even have the guts to say goodbye. She CHOSE to start a family Rumpel, when one makes such huge decisions like that, it's now your responsibility. Her leaving Rumpel wasn't THAT big of a deal, but her leaving Baelfire too, that was just horrible and selfish. I get it that she wasn't loving her life and she wanted to get away (which is fine), but like I said she started something that she should be obligated to finish (that would be raising Baelfire).

thisisme365 you're right. The other part: Milah is not a bad mother what she had done, but of the way she done it. It happens that someone doesn't love the partner anymore, but don't hurt the child for it. Milah humbled not only Rumple drinking with pirates but also Bae. When she realized that she can't live with Rumple, would have had to leave him. Honestly. Not such a despicable manner. She ruined everyone, including Hook.

How I see the George situation, I think he really loved James. It is clear he spoiled him. That is why he became such a prick. I don't count what he did to David as being bad parenting because he never considered David to be his son and David never considered him his father. He was just a shepard that resembled his dead son who he gave everything only to have him betray and usurp him. So you can understand the resentment even if he is a horrible human being.

@Kataralover What do you think of Ana's mother being Lady Tremaine? I personally love the idea and her name is Anastasia.

I think George love him, but only for the kingdom and gold. He simply replaced him when he died, so that doesn't seem like proper love. He had one tear in his eye, but that was it.

He had to find a new heir when he died to secure his throne but David never replaced James as his son. He loved James but never loved David. You can tell when he speaks about James that he adored him. Makes sence he was a chip of the rotten block.

Yeah, he was similar but I just didn't see any love for him.

I did and in the deleted scene from Tiny it is very clear that no one would ever be good enough to replace his son.

I see on the list far worse parents than George...

@minervadawn yeah I saw that, wish they kept that in :P No one would ever replace him because George raised him to be like that...irreplaceable.

minercadawn I don't think so since in The Price of Gold Ruby said Ashley lived with her step-mother and step-sisters. Cinderella only has two step-sisters and it couldn't be her because she was in Wonderland during this time.

I'm not going to discredit it quite yet. They've ignored bigger plot holes on this show. For exsample the spent the last two season saying Rumples father was a coward and then when they revealed the actual story it had absolutely nothing to do with it. Also the rabbit holes have sort of made timelines irelavent in wonderland.

Rumple's dad was a coward. He hated commitment, he abandoned his son to have no responsibility and so he could scam more people. He was referred to as a coward in that episode because he always begged for mercy. He feared the shadow and decided to give up his son for young because he was afraid of commitment and having someone to depend on him. So he actually really was a coward, he just gave up instead of actually trying, that's cowardly.

I don't see Pan as a coward. I think he was a selfish no-good deadbeat but not a coward. He wasn't afraid of commitment he never wanted it.
