ADORE BOTH! But Mayor Regina FOR THE WIN! But I think they need to be rejoined together again! The Evil Queen is a part of Regina that I think has kept her from being able to understand Zelena and isn't able to let go of her childish blaming of the wrong person. True as The Evil Queen that's what started it with Snow White, but I don't think after that she did it. Snow White was to blame for killing Cora and Emma was to blame for messing with time by bringing back "Marian." Regina is the only one who can contain The Evil Queen. But if I had to choose, I pick Mayor Mills, OF COURSE!

I love them both to death for sure lol, but my heart goes out to mayor Regina; she just worked so hard to get to where she is now. That said, I also think that they need to be rejoined. I also agree that part of the reason she's been so unsympathetic to Zelena is because of the split.
