I really don't get why she's so loved. Yes, she was a good villain, but she was a horrible character. She left Zelena alone as a baby to die, killed Regina's true love, abused Regina, killed Eva to make her daughter queen and to spite her for when they were younger, and feels like she's entitled to everything. Eva may have been a brat as a child, but unlike Cora, she grew up into a mature woman and not a bratty adult like Cora. I was happy that she died and now she's coming back, unfortunately. Oh well, maybe Zelena will finally get to meet her mother.

Second favorite character in the OUAT universe. Yes she's a bad person and an even worse person without her heart, but that's part of what makes her such an interesting character to me. She's cunning, ruthless, and she's one of the few people on the show who has chosen power over love and didn't come to regret that choice (okay sure, maybe she did a little when she was dying, but I really don't think that would have lasted if she'd lived a bit longer).

Evil, terrible woman, ugh ugh ugh.

So glad she's returning for the 100th!

Her only interest ever was power. She was more interested in power than she was in her daughters. The reason that she gave up Zelena was so incredibly selfish, and she killed Daniel. She has very few redeeming qualities.

That being said, both actresses who portrayed her were excellent.

Villains are supposed to be villains. I loved her because she was one of the best villains on the show ever. Barbara Hershey does an amazing job and there are many subtleties to her character that cannot be mimicked by others. She has a strong presence and personality that shines through. She does a beautiful job with her role as Queen of Hearts/Cora but especially as the mother of Regina.

She's my second favorite.
