No, because revenge will not bring him satisfaction or get the years Belle spent in there back. Revenge can only lead down a dark path.

ETA: What I mean is, he shouldn't try and kill Regina or hurt her. I could see other forms of payback happening though.

I don't think he will kill Regina.... For Belle because she doesn't want anyone 'hurt' I think he'll just 'manipulate Regina or 'abuse' her verbally....
