So will the events in the upcoming season with Elsa and Anna be taken place after the movie 또는 will it be a retelling of the movie?

Its going to take place after the movie. It's probably 안전한, 안전 to say that their story on OUAT happened exactly as it did in the movie. To early for a retelling anyway IMO.
