is the 심장 cora used to raise the zombies in "into the deep" hers?

it just occured to me that after seeing mm find cora's 심장 in her chest of hearts, it made me think that the glowing 심장 cora used to raise the zombies in the episode "into the deep" could've been her own heart.

but remember when mm found the 심장 in the chest thats the same chest that cora is seen with when she takes out the 심장 to raise the zombies. plus cora said that her 심장 is with "her things" in regina's 둥근 천장, 금고
