is mr gold really a true villain?

recently i've been getting the feeling that mr gold might possibly not be the real true enemy in the story. he seems to me that he's working for both sides unless he's undercover like sydney. i cant really figure it out. he seems to deep down hate 또는 resent regina. 또는 in other words they resent each other

No. He's really not a villain 또는 in any way evil. it's always bugged me when people say he is. To me, he's just smarter than everyone else and can use it to his advantage. But yes, he is on both sides. But mostly Emma's, I think. Not Mary M's, but Emma's.

"I don't believe in villains -- only flawed heroes." Tom Hiddleston.

There is a difference between a person who does bad deeds, and a villain. A villain is one who opposes the hero. Mr. Gold helps the hero.

Yes, Rumple created the curse. He also is the one who created the loop-hole that kept Regina from achieving ultimate power. He is also the one who created the way to stop it. He is also the one who told Snow and Charming about the loop-hole (that he, again, created) that allowed them to send Emma through, who he is helping, which will break the curse.

He's a complex character. He's a character that's done bad things. He's selfish, manipulative, and conniving. But he's also powerful, not easily intimidated, hurt, broken, and willing to scratch the backs of others.

He's not a good person, not 의해 a long shot. But he's also not an evil one, 또는 a villain, either.

He might seem like one at first, but deep down, he has an unrequited 사랑 and an array of emotions, whether ABC would like to present this trivial detail 또는 not.

I'm gonna make people mad when I say this, but he is a villain. In episode 2 it was said that the person who made the curse (Rumple) made the Evil 퀸 and Malificent look "moral." Also, Henry said that Mr. Gold was worse than Regina.

I understand that he fights against Regina, but that doesn't make him good. They are like the leaders of two gangs. They are both bad, but they hate each other. They also work together when it is to thier advantage.

Rumple started out as a good guy, but when he took Zoso's power, he was filled with darkness.

I don't see him as a villain. He's not necessarily good 또는 evil. He has power and he uses it for his own good. I'm pretty sure he knows 더 많이 about this whole thing than we have an idea about.

I see him as a villian. His only interest is what benefits himself and gives him power over other people. He obviously plays both sides against each other. He only portrays himself as a business man to hide his true intent.

I personally do not think he is a villain. To me a villain is like cruella.Mr.Gold has a good part in him.You can see it how he wanted the best for his loved ones .A villain only really cares about himself. He tried to help the good plenty times before.Nobody is truly good .Everyone has there bad parts.Mr.Gold has been selfish plenty times but Snow White to.I think it will just take time for him to find it fully .He only has little of his good .
