Probably one of the BEST games I've ever played. The atmosphere is fantastic, the gameplay is fun and the controls are easy to get used to. On top of this the graphics aren't too bad considering it's a ported GC game. Also they were careful to not go over the top with the horror aspect. I'd say that it's the highlight of the series.

I will say now, (even though I'm a huge Zelda fan) that I enjoyed Resident Evil 4 a lot more than Twilight Princess.
