I didn't like Tarja in the end but that does'nt mean that she can't sing or wasn't nice before.

Yeah, I agree. I listen more to Dark Passion Play than to the others. It's like Anette can sing to more different songs than Tarja, where it's almost only opera...yeah you're right :)

NO ANETTE! Tarja gave life to the songs, and with her voice Nightwish got magic...Now, everything is gone! The new album is some kind pop-rock album, Anette screams, and ruins the old songs...

NW was amazing with Tarja(who is also good as a solo artist now). As singers, I don't have a preference. However, Tarja wouldn't let the other band members sing as often as they would have like (which is why there are more male vocals on DPP than the other albums). For that reason, the band is better with Annete.

Tarja is the best, Anette sucks!! Nightwish lost his soul, Tarja sing with passion, Annete kill the old songs of Nightwish. The Anette's voice is POP. Nightwish is a pop band now, with Tarja was METAL!!
Tarja isn't a DIVA, she is a sweet person. Tuomas kick her because she told him that she leaving from the band.

I think Nightwish can't have it's original feeling without Tarja, and I miss that, but it's clear that Anette is what all the band members wanted. Plus, Anette still has a sweet voice!

I like Tarja's voice better, but that doesn't mean I hate Annette. I like the new songs a lot, actually. I just hate the fact that Annette now has to sing Tarja's songs along with her own, because I don't think Annette's voice matches Tarja's style. I kind of wish they started with an entire new band with Annette instead of keeping it Nightwish, because Annette's voice doesn't work with the old songs at all.
