Did Itachi let Sasuke win when they were battling?

Yep sasuke couldn't kill as yet he was still too weak and even Zetsu notice that there was something off about how Itachi was fighting

Itachi was nearly completely blind, had just finished fighting Kisame and was dying from his disease. He let himself be weakened considerably before fighting Sasuke, so yeah he let him win.
