Story/Main plot:So we start out with our villains. Finding out the defeat of Sunset the demon. Well, the 무지개, 레인 보우 magic. And somehow no one else notices it.....why?I guess demands it. Anyway back to the story. We seem to be in the CHS, Where we are seeing the students get ready for the "battle of the bands". First part of it at least. Since Celestia is a troll she reminds everyone of the dance. Everyone so how gets the urge to look at Sunset in a angry face. Huh, Nicely played Celestia. 연기 innocent while giving one of our students a hard time. So after that scene we cut into the main 5 practicing their song. And like always it's bland, uninteresting and a song that really reminds 당신 of the theme song. Anyway after we are done with that mess of a song. We see Flash doing nothing but reminding us of our horror days. 무지개, 레인 보우 Dash shows pride and vanity like always but is overplayed and it makes he seem like an antagonist. But I already talked about that so lets just 옮기기 on. This scene is really painful to sit through. So, we see Sunset giving a tour to the Dazzlings. They of course aren't that settle with it and act like obvious villains. Sunset acts oblivious to it. And just act like she can't see right through the act. And 의해 the way, "Jem and the Holograms" rip-off designs. Seriously that's the first thing that comes through anyone's mind once seeing the outfits. Strange isn't it? The 다음 scene Sunset admits that she isn't an oblivious idiot. And tells the main six about what she thought about how strange they are acting. We get an awesome song along with some stellar animation. 의해 the way the 애니메이션 for this movie is one of the best works on mlp that they did so far. The Main six tells her about what they saw. And of course the plot needs Celestia not to believe that so yeah.....Fail. We get back to the 조랑말 world. Twilight is visited 의해 the mail 조랑말 wanting to know where to put some books. Huh, I wonder if the mail 조랑말 got 로스트 while bring her the books. Anyway they find a glowing book. Read it and our main plot starts. We are told about the story of the sirens aka the rip-off of the windigos. After we hear the rip-off story we get treated to we see a part with a lot of problems in it.First problem, Twilight so happens to have the materials to build that.Problem number two, How did she get it right in one try that fast and not make a single mistake.problem number 3, when did Twilight get the skill of building all the sudden. This is just building up on how close she's to her stereo-type in this movie. And it is really making her look so bland and boring in my opinion. Problem number 4, Why didn't the others help surely it will make a lot sense if they did. Since it will explain why she got done so quick and flawless like. Pro-o-o-blem nuuuuuuuuummmmmm. *computer broke* Oh, Come on there's not that much problems with this scene. *fixes computer*. (sorry for another one of my horrid jokes that doesn't make much sense since my computer should have been already broken, But thanks for sitting 의해 and listening.) Anyway another "the plot needs it". Wait, Spike joined with Twilight I didn't even notice him in the movie. Just to show how too much attention is on the others. They meet up with Twilight. And they tell each other what is new. Some how no one is curious why some 무지개, 레인 보우 kid turns into a house like creature. I guess they just think it's just really good effects. We get to see a little bit of filler. Then we have Twilight attempting to use the magic of friendship.*laughs* I must admit there's a it of problems with this scene. But this moment is so funny I almost forgave it. for all the problems they have with this scene. But I'm still, questioning what Twilight's plan was exactly?Next scene we are treated to a moment when the Dazzlings go to the conclusion that they have the magic of friendship even through what the main six tried to do didn't work at all. If anything it proved the opposite. But, I guess 당신 never know. We are now in my 가장 좋아하는 part of the movie. The "Slumber party in pinkie's house" If I'm allowed to name this part. So when we are in the slumber party in a wither cute scene it does add variety and complexity to both Twilight and Sunset. So I see no reason to do anything but boast about it. In other words I am moving on since this part is flawless.We skip to the 다음 일 where they are practicing. Twilight sounds off for some reason. And please don't give me that it was her first time trying the song thing. Cause there's many ways I can disagree with that number one it said that she could sing out of thin air and can stay in good melody out of the random. They also said that she tried many times and does know the melody. So yeah, It doesn't make any sense why she can't sing. We skip to another bland song. I think Moliminous points out the problem I have with this scene.

We are now doing the rip-off of EG. 의해 copying the hall way scene. The Dazzlings play their song that's extremely catchy. After that we get an awesome Trixie moment with her calling out the Rainbooms. Even through she's being antagonistic like always i still have a hard time not liking her. Well, It's her charm in her character so I shouldn't be surprised. Whoa, Where did this huge stage come from? It was never mentioned in EG. Another whoa, for Derpy to be in Trixie's band. I know it's a little hard to recognize her without her classic eyes. But, That's clearly her 또는 I'm just losing my mind 의해 all the Derpy stuff people has been 백일몽 about. Anyway Trixie traps them under the stage. Where we see them be there for a lot of hours in a pretty good shape actually. None of them had need to use a bathroom 또는 anything, 또는 they needed some drinks 또는 food, not freaking out, How are they so calm and collected?By the way Twilight why don't 당신 know anything about friendship once 당신 learned so much about it in the last 4 seasons and a movie? Shouldn't 당신 know what is going on your 프렌즈 are obviously fighting? How can 당신 be so Oblivious? 당신 know Twilight 당신 are almost as oblivious as Elsa and that's saying something.So they get out because of Vinyl. How did Spike get her attention if she can ignore a big fight against the school, new kids with jeweler that is spilling out green smog, everyone dancing around in the middle of lunch, and pretty much anything that should have been easy to notice is totally missed because she's way too into her headphones. So how did Spike get her attention?*checks how far the movie* So we are now almost at the end of the movie good. We have the final showdown and yeah I think the Rainbooms did a pretty good job this time around and like always Dazzlings were awesome.*Sees Sunset turn into one of the element of harmony*...Oh, That explains why Sunset wasn't under the spell see I was wondering the first time that I watched the movie. But, the problem with this is that it raises a lot 더 많이 problems then just one. First problem, Didn't it has to be shown that 당신 are one of the elements like they did in the first two episodes of MLP:FIM. If it was already shown what element is she exactly. And Twilight how are 당신 supposed to call the elements of harmony without the now seventh element? Does it only exist in the human world 또는 something?If that's the case I guess that makes sense. A lot of the stuff this movie has makes zero sense in my opinion at least. And 더 많이 that I think about it. It doesn't really have much parts when there isn't a problem. The story is highly overrated 십자가, 크로스 that the movie itself is highly overrated. This has constant problems that is shown almost the whole movie. Oh, no not just one. We have different problems showing a new one each scene constantly. It was entertaining to watch. But that isn't near enough to redeem it.
Fluttershy's plot: This is a short plot and one that isn't all that interesting.It just there to make Fluttershy not seem like a background pony. I guess it does it job.If there was any focus on it at all. But, no there's zero focus on it She still seems like one of the background ponies. It also draws a little bit of sympathy/empathy. Which is exactly what we have way too much of on her character. And out of all the main 6 she's certainly the one we have most sympathy/empathy on. The only difference is that's the only thing is that the this plot does it in a almost invisible manner. And also has nothing that develops her character in anyway.So there's zero reason for this plot to even exist. I don't care if she couldn't get to play her song. Okay, I'm sounding a bit like a jerk now. Sorry, But this isn't that needed to add her own plot when the others don't have one and it doesn't really do anything unique. So there's no point in it. It just feels like they are giving her extra attention then the other group of the main six. It shouldn't be here. It's just showing how bad the characters are betrayed in this season. I guess I'm being too hard on it. It's cliched and does show the characters at it worse. But, again it isn't that focus on and Fluttershy barely has any attention against the others in this movie. So, I might be over reacting to this. It isn't that bad and it does try to make her have 더 많이 focus. So I guess I should be fine about it. Sorry, about that rant.
Extra thoughts:
I really don't know why people don't notice any of the problems in this movie instead of the "Everything wrong with _____ in _ 또는 less". But I guess the problems are really well hidden if that's the case. I don't know maybe it's because it's a musical 또는 the fact that it's forcing on Sunset and Twilight's expectations being too low 또는 high. But even through I know how much I sound like I hate the movie. I really don't hate it that much. Again I just strongly disliked it. Even through it's overrated and has a lot of problems when it comes to plots,logic and characters. It's easily something that can entertain any age group. The humor does have it weak points but most of the time it's spot on and actually unique. Okay not that unique. But, it's unique enough to at least find it funny. Most of the songs that weren't played 의해 the rainbooms 또는 should I said "rainbrooms". Yeah I know another horrible joke. But, there's nothing 당신 can do about it. Magi(It's a fake creature I made up so don't expect to find it on the web) I need a protection use 당신 secret powers to put an indivisible spell on me. *Nothing happens*.......Aw.......It didn't work. Oh well, I guess that's what 당신 get if 당신 let your imagination try to save you. Nothing happens, Well at least I'm not the one having to sit through this extra stuff that I'm posting until I actually get to my thoughts.*that gag that everyone uses to just to tell 당신 to get on with it already*. um anyway I think this movie did have good things about it.First the obvious the 애니메이션 was 디즈니 worthy! Not kidding they really putted they best foot forward. This is the best they done since "magical mystery cure" ! Another highlight of the movie is Sunset she really shined in this movie. even through I think the movie forced on her too much. I guess I can forgive it since it was her movie after all.But,Still main character 또는 not that's a lot of attention.Also we had some really sweet moments in this movie. Like when Twilight and Sunset is talking in the sleepover scene. 사무용 겉옷, 전반적인 I strongly disliked the movie. But I can easily see why people would like it in the first place. Even through I'm surprised that there isn't much criticism. In fact most of the reviews have the critics just praising it to death. Even through I don't like this movie it's still easy to see why the criticism is so low.
