Why did Luna change?

When Twilight used the elements of harmony, luna had light blue hair, but in luna eclipsed her hair was different, and i want to know why it changed.

I think it is because she wasn't fully "restored".
Ex. She hasn't controlled the night yet. So after she was back to normal it was Celestia who was controlling 일 and night then when luna came back from being evil, her hair wasn't flowing/glowing because she hadnt control the night in a while
