Michael Jackson's estate is lashing out at the people behind a new MJ documentary set to debut in 일본 tomorrow -- claiming 팬 are being duped into believing the flick was authorized 의해 Team MJ.
The estate has released a scathing statement claiming that 플라밍고 Features is promoting the movie in a way that is misleading MJ's 팬 into believing the film -- shot 의해 former MJ confidante Marc Schaffel -- was properly authorized.
The estate also makes it clear it doesn't endorse the flick and none of the profits will benefit MJ's children. They also note that the movie is not allowed to contain any of Michael's music.
Schaffel doesn't appear to be bothered -- the above 사진 was taken moments 이전 at the movie premiere in Tokyo ... where Schaffel took the stage and told 팬 Katherine Jackson sent along her best wishes.
Tuesday, we shot video of Schaffel and Debbie Rowe boarding a plane to Tokyo.

TMZ has learned Dr. Conrad Murray will visit Michael Jackson on 또는 around the first anniversary of the singer's death.
Sources connected with the doctor tell us Murray is torn up 의해 Jackson's death and the anniversary is an important milestone.
And we've learned Dr. Murray has visited the Forest Lawn mausoleum where Jackson is entombed a number of times. "He goes there a lot," we're told. Murray avoids attention 의해 going either early in the morning 또는 during off-hours.

God help anyone who uses a picture of Michael Jackson to hawk their products, because the licensee of MJ's image is going after some new companies with a vengeance.
Bravado International Group -- which markets all things Michael -- is suing T-Line Design, Inc. based in Oregon.
According to the federal suit, obtained 의해 TMZ, T-Line is downright "defiant," sardonically 글쓰기 a blog that says, "...it SUCKS TOTAL BOLLOCKS when people steal those creations..."
The suit seeks $750 for each image illegally used, as well as statutory damages of $150,000.
