Lloyd's of 런던 has gone to court ... asking a judge to let the company off the financial hook, claiming it doesn't owe the Michael Jackson Estate $17.5 million on grounds MJ was a fraud.
The company issued the muilti-million dollar policy to cover the doomed "This Is It" tour for losses.
But Lloyd's claims it doesn't have to honor the policy for 2 primary reasons:
1. Michael Jackson and AEG allegedly lied about Michael's medical history -- specifically, MJ said he had not seen a doctor other than a cosmetic MD since June, 2005.
2. Michael did not disclose he was taking prescription drugs prior to and at the time of his death -- including Propofol.
Lloyd's is asking the court for a declaration that the policy is null and void as a result of the alleged fraud.
Howard Weitzman, the lawyer for the Estate, tells TMZ, "This legal action is nothing 더 많이 than an insurance company trying to avoid paying a legitimate claim 의해 the insured."

and at the first 일 at school, it seems like 4ever 4 her.after school, she goes 집 to her house that only 4 bloks away from neverland.
and at the 다음 day, she goes to the same class with paris. then, paris and her group is planning to prank josephine.
she planned that at p.e, when it's dogeball time, they all gonna beat joshephine. then, that all happen with only a 스플릿, 분할 of minute.

So we had our school retreat today, & there was a band right? They started playing will 당신 be there, & my 프렌즈 were all nudging me going "it's MJ!" The thing is, I didn't know it was MJ when they first started playing. I had never heard will 당신 be there before, yet all my 프렌즈 knew it. Isn't that kinda sad? My friend Emily was like "Keri, it's MJ get up & sing!" but I was like "I don't know the words." I learned it pretty fast though; they only played the first 2 lines over & over instead of the whole song, so I didn't feel like a total idiot!! So it was kinda embarrassing for me because my 프렌즈 all know me as the big MJ fanatic, yet I didn't recognize the song. But it really made my day!

The good people of Canada never had a chance to view the Michael Jackson documentary, "Gone Too Soon" -- and now the owners of the flick are declaring war on the distributor ... claiming he personally screwed the entire country.
TMZ obtained a lawsuit filed 의해 Objective Films, LLC -- in which they claim they agreed to sell the French and Canadian distribution rights to a company headed 의해 a guy named Pierre Turgeon for $100k back in 2009.
