I recently received this newsletter in my 메시지함 from MJTruthNow. I just want to share it with 당신 guys and see what 당신 think. Do 당신 agree, disagree?

The community of Michael Jackson lovers, admirers, supporters and defenders has arrived at a fork in the road. Do they continue to take actions that heretofore have had absolutely no impact on the behavior of media and legal authorities 또는 do they decide to look at the situation--that is, bringing Conrad Murray to justice--with new eyes? The practical reality is that justice is not a popularity contest where the 더 많이 beloved the victim, the 더 많이 "justice" he 또는 she receives.
This is America, a nation of laws. The facts don't change and the prosecution's trial strategy doesn't revolve around the esteem in which the victim is held. Nor should it! Multi-millions of Michael Jackson 팬 would stretch, arms locked, around the world. That would not--should not--impact the course of action of the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office one little bit. Why? Because we are a nation of laws, not mob rule.
In the case of Conrad Murray, it appears that millions of fans, most of whom have never even seen the inside of a courtroom, are somehow now experts in bringing criminals to justice. They speculate, assume and presuppose that because the victim is Michael Jackson, and if he's dead, then someone murdered him and someone must pay. Without really being privy to the evidence that the District Attorney's office assembled over nine long months--during which time they were loudly criticized for taking so long--the 팬 believe they can do a better job than a District Attorney's office with an 87% conviction rate. Without truly understanding the legal distinctions between first, 초 and third degree murder, voluntary and involuntary manslaughter, 또는 medical malpractice for that matter, they treat all charges the same. Michael Jackson is dead, so someone must have murdered him.
So what do the 팬 do? They dress up like Michael Jackson and show up at the courthouse with posters festooned with various 이미지 of Michael. Playing right into the media's hand, they're quickly perceived and presented 의해 the media as "crazy Michael Jackson fans" and no one's collective mind is changed--either about how Michael actually died 또는 why the 팬 are even there. No one takes them seriously because all observers hear is cries of "Justice for MJ!"--whatever that means--accompanied 의해 a mob mentality. The 팬 are people to be tolerated; just part of the landscape of craziness that routinely surrounded Michael when he lived and is no different now.
What if the 팬 showed up in 거리 clothes, with posters bearing one image of Michael over the entreaty "May Justice Prevail"--without presupposing what that justice should be?
Michael Jackson deserves to be represented 의해 mature, composed, intelligent, articulate and determined fans.
•Mature because they look like people who left their jobs in the city to stand vigil.
Composed because they don't behave like 팬 at a Michael Jackson concert, moonwalking and hamming it up for the media's cameras.
•Intelligent because they have formed a sober, well-imaged message--about themselves and about Michael.
•Articulate because they spell every word of that message correctly.
•Determined because they want the world to understand that Michael Jackson mattered. That his absence remains a large wound on the collective consciousness of society.
It's a strategic error to publicly dare the prosecutors to behave a certain way because "the eyes of the world are upon you." The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office is not the enemy! And make no mistake: the eyes of the world are on the media-manipulated crazy Michael Jackson fans. Please, for Michael's sake, don't be one.
We must be mindful of media's real power to manipulate 이미지 and literally shape public opinion about 팬 activity.

Ryan White, symbol of justice
또는 child of innocence, messenger of love
Where are 당신 now, where have 당신 gone?
Ryan White, I miss your sunny days
We carelessly frolicked in extended plays
I miss you, Ryan White
I miss your smile, innocent and bright
I miss your glory, I miss your light
Ryan White, symbol of contradiction
Child of Irony, 또는 child of fiction?
I think of your shattered life
Of your struggle, of your strife
While ladies dance in the moonlit night
Champage parties on charted cruises
I see your wasted form, your ghostly sight
I feel your festering wounds, your battered bruises
Ryan White, symbol of agony and pain
Of ignorant fear gone insane
In a hysterical society
With free-floating anxiety
And feigned piety
I miss you, Ryan White
당신 showed us how to stand and fight
In the rain 당신 were the cloudburst joy
The sparkle of hope in every girl and boy
In the depths of your anguished sorrow
Was the dream of another tomorrow

Michael Jackson 팬 are scrambling to stop the Discovery Channel from broadcasting a gruesome reenactment of MJ's autopsy ... calling the whole thing an "affront to human dignity."
TMZ has learned ... 팬 have already collected nearly 1,500 signatures -- all demanding the network pull the plug on a special entitled "Michael Jackson's Autopsy" ... in which MJ's bloody autopsy is expected to be reenacted in gory detail.
The 팬 behind the petition call the documentary "an affront to human dignity" -- adding, "This type of sensational and unscrupulous reporting can only cause harm."
The petition states, “We ask the directors of the Discovery Channel programming to proceed with the outright cancellation of this indecent documentary.”
The doc is scheduled to air January 13th in the UK.

A poem I dedicated to Michael .
I woke up one day, I found at 당신 were gone
and now I'm sitting here listening to
this sad song.
When I look at the sky at night, I wonder
If I could see 당신 one 일 in heaven, I can
Feel your presence seven days a week, you’re
In my dreams, they seem to be real until I wake up
And my 심장 is hurting
Wherever 당신 are, I feel 당신 close no matter
How far 또는 how near
Why did 당신 go? One 일 I will know,
당신 never said goodbye,
There must be a reason why, that’s why I cry
I woke up one day, I found at 당신 were gone
and now I'm sitting here listening to
this sad song.
When I look at the sky at night, I wonder
If I could see 당신 one 일 in heaven, I can
Feel your presence seven days a week, you’re
In my dreams, they seem to be real until I wake up
And my 심장 is hurting
Wherever 당신 are, I feel 당신 close no matter
How far 또는 how near
Why did 당신 go? One 일 I will know,
당신 never said goodbye,
There must be a reason why, that’s why I cry
I would 사랑 it if there was a Michael Jackson channel on t.v! On this channel, only Michael Jackson video's would play everyday, 24 hours a day. I wanna hear what 당신 guys think. I think this would be cool, but some of 당신 may not, so I just want your opinions. I know in my opinion that I would probably watch "The Michael Jackson Channel" everyday. I also think there should be a Michael Jackson channel because, well, he's the King Of Pop! He deserves to be honored and remembered. 의해 having a channel dedicated to him, Michael can live on forever. Tell Me What 당신 Think! ;)
While I was in Social Studies class today, this thought about learning about Michael's 음악 and life came into my head. I think it would be so cool if we got to learn about Michael in Social Studies class (or History, whatever 당신 would like to call it...) I really think we should learn about Michael because he was a 음악 legend, he changed the way we listen to music, and he had an amazing life. I also think that if teenagers would learn about Michael's awesome dancing and music, Michael can become 인기 once again and The King Of Pop will live on. Let Me Know What 당신 Think! ;)
I'd like to be yours
Tomorrow
So I'm giving 당신 some time
To think it over today
But 당신 can't take my blues away
No matter what 당신 say, hey
당신 can't take my blues away
No matter what 당신 say
What 당신 say, hey, babe
Hey, babe
What's your thinking
No darlin'
It won't, won't change my mind
But 당신 can't take my blues away
Now tell me what 당신 say, babe
당신 can't take my blues away
No matter what 당신 say
What 당신 say, hey, babe
This way I feel
I know that's it's true
Because it's for you
당신 know that it's true
But 당신 try to be
Hard to resist
I ask what it's for
당신 know 당신 close the door
(No no, no no)
Yeah
(No no, no no)
Tell me what 당신 say, babe
Say, yeah, babe
당신 can't take my blues away
Tell me what 당신 say
What 당신 say, yeah, babe
I've got the power
Doin' it out
Say anything
'Cause I've got this feeling
Say I
I've got the power
Come on
Yeah
Come on
Tomorrow
So I'm giving 당신 some time
To think it over today
But 당신 can't take my blues away
No matter what 당신 say, hey
당신 can't take my blues away
No matter what 당신 say
What 당신 say, hey, babe
